Jonsson Consulting's business is based on my long experience in corporate and business management, from turnaround projects, and general change and improvement projects. I have extensive expertise in all aspects of a company's operations, but the emphasis is on business management, marketing and sales, product development, project management, and sustainability.

For companies owned by private equity and venture capital companies that need help with improvement projects, it may be interesting to know that during my time as an employee, I worked a long time in companies owned by various private equity companies.
